About this puzzle
9 in 1 IQ Busters Wooden Brain Teaser Puzzle Set 3D Interlocking Burr Kongming Lock Game is a wooden 3D puzzle in our 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, made for children from about 12 months. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.
Orders start at 100 pcs, with about 7 days in production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
