About this puzzle
Part of our 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, 7.5cm Diameter 3D Wooden Ball Puzzles Natural Color IQ test Brain Teaser is a wooden 3D puzzle designed for children aged five to eight. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
It is quoted at MOQ 2 pcs, with production around 7 days. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
