About this puzzle

Part of our 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, 250 Pcs China Toy for Children English Games 3d Wooden Puzzle is a wooden 3D puzzle designed for children from about 12 months. Piece count is 250. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.

The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.

Orders start at 50 pcs, with about 15 days in production. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

FAQ

What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 50 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 15 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Is this a model kit or a puzzle?
A puzzle — it comes apart and goes back together. We do not make glue-together display kits.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
